Subject: [etree] Permission for recordings
Hi my name is Alec Delphenich and I wanted to let you know that I permit live recordings. Someone who taped one of my shows and is setting up the whole archive.org account wanted me to write you and let you know. Also the artist abreviation is alecd. I think that's all he told me to include. Thanks for existing.

Policy
Alec encourages live audio recording and trading of his performances. He appreciates any help that live recordings can give to further his career. Spreading the music is an interactive process and should be kept this way. Any way of distributing copies without fan interaction could jeopardize live taping privileges.
While taping, do not obstruct the view of any concert-goers, otherwise you will be asked to lower your mic stand. Soundboard feeds are not guaranteed, but may be given if allowed by the venue. No power supplies or equipment will be provided.
Lastly, DO NOT SELL LIVE RECORDINGS! This will result in a loss of taping priveleges for the entire Alec Delphenic fan-base. If you see or hear of anyone selling recordings, please contact Alec through his website. Enjoy the music and spread it to the world.
